    Hi all,

Sorry I've been AWOL for a couple of weeks-just not got round to posting but have still been 'on it' weight-loss wise :)

Well done to those others who are doing really well-a special 'WELL DONE' to Dragon from me!!! :j

Well my total loss for June is now 5lbs, bringing my total loss since I started my mission to 35lbs or 2 and a half stone! It's now 2 months till our holiday and although i'm still far from confident enough to wear a bikini, I feel MUCH better about the prospect than I did 3 months ago, and have even dug out a load of my honeymoon clothes from 5 years ago, which are mega-tight, but I'm IN them and my goal is to be in them comfotably in time for the hol! :D

Well done again everyone-keep at it!

I'm keeping very quiet because at my wieght watchers WI on Monday I had put on 2lb. :cry:I'm hoping it's because it's TOTM, because I've been quite good and been doing lots of running.

We'll see on Monday I suppose. Trying not to be too disheartened

Well done to everyone else though :T

    Hi all

Just weighed in and lost another pound - that's a total of 2 so far for the month. Going in the right direction but doubt I'm going to hit my 7 pound target this month - sigh!

My week at centerparcs didn't help - lots of exercise but also lots of junk food & way too much wine :o

My target this week is 2 pounds. I've typed out a meal plan for most of the week. Basically it's-

    - Fruit salad & yogurt for brekkie
    - chicken or tuna salad for lunch
    - a couple of pieces of fruit as snacks throughout the day
    - Normal evening meal as long as it is not fried ( chilli & rice/fish & veg/chicken & veg curry/ seafood pasta/roast chicken dinner).

If I can stick to that and slot in a few cycle rides I should be okay - I hope.

    Good luck all.

Im well fed up. Lost a pound and then shoved it back on again :( One of my sons is visiting so its cakes and tea and so on during the day - in fact its upset my tummy as Im not used to all the heavy sugary stuff any more. I had this in March when it was my birthday and I got several boxes of chocs, just took one from each and had a bad stomach for a week :( That paid me back.

Never mind, another 10 days to the end of the month and hopefully at least a pound off by then.

i have lost another lb -i have been lazy and not been to the gym this week but i am keeping on a caloried controlled diet--i have changed my alcoholic tipple to raki (turkish pernod) with ice water from beer of old times-its holiday time and i am spending weekends at our holiday home which is a dangerous time because my mother in law is in control of the cooking--i am 2lbs from my dieticians goal bmi of 22,6/70kgs so fingers crossed for the end of the month!!

    Morning all!

Well done everyone for sticking with this for another week!:T

I got a lovely surprise this morning when I stepped on the wii fit for my weigh in. I've lost another 3lbs!:j:D:cool:

So happy, as that takes my total for the month to 9lbs and my total since March 15th to 36lbs!:j I still have 42lbs to go right enough, but I'm positive and confident I'll get there soon enough!

Keep up the good work people!xxx

    Well done to the losers!!

Mark me down for 4lb off since start of the month, not weighed myself since then. Hot weather helping loads, I never feel like eating anything when the suns shining.

its summer here now and its raining-sun shone all winter and i admitedly have lost a fair amount of weight but i wouldnt connect it--you get out a bit more and keep mobile--your metabolism only rises when your hotter by 1 degree so thats about 39 degrees!!--it is a better time psychologically to diet and salad is in the shops but then comes the bindging summer holiday!!
