Though i still have to find the time to see why V4.XX is worth so much more, i cant see it myself, maybe you could save me the time and give me the short version of why a £50 a year piece of software suddeny rocketed to a £250 (i think it was when i looked last)?

The background white is too bright and is very dyslexia unfriendly. It has been shown that it easier to read print again a light green or blue background. Also The signatures being in the light green, make it look like they are a new post.0

I'm back on old version and am not being reactionary in preferring it and finding it better for reasons prev. stated. More compact, neater too.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

I think a white background for black text is fine, the BBC use it, almost all sites use it.
Your PC operating system or browser should have usability and accessibility features to make things easier. Some sites do have a high constrast style option, is that available on MSE?0 -
Its not £250 its £109. I paid that for my vB4 license last week. And that is for a license that is yours to keep. Forever. No more yearly fees.

Thats not what it said when they first released version 4, thought it may not last long, off for a look
Still can not see why v4 is soooo much better than v3.xx, but as i said, i have not had time to look into it
Hmmm, i may have remembered the $ price, not £, but i still think its a conIndefinite software license
Free updates for this version
Discounts for next version upgrades
Depends how that pans out, but an Indefinite software license means jack if you have to pay for the next 'new' upgrade, we shall see0 -

Yes the BBC background is white, but the text is not black, the devil is in the detail, as they say;)0 -
It's a great improvement!
The old one was too busy - used to make my head swim trying to take everything in - bit like an explosion in a paint factory.
This new layout is much more fresh and easier to navigate.
Thank you - it's long overdue!

I hope MSE doesn't change the text to the awful grey text that some sites use now. If it's not black it's very difficult for me to read.
