have i utterly not seen how to put a poster on ignore ? simply canont find it .. thanks for any pointers....

Click on "UserCP", from the "Control Panel" on the left select "Settings and Options", select "Edit Ignore List" and enter member's name, click okay.

Yep am much happier with the off white/cream background, much easier on the eye. Tried the other version too, but that was too blue for me.

Another way: click on users name, select public profile - at the top under the red/green blob is a drop down titled "User Lists" - select add to ignore

That's what I miss the most.

Another tiny niggle is with the 'Forum Jump.' I'd got so used to clicking on the forum I wanted and going straight there. Now it doesn't change until you click on the 'Go' button.
Can't tell you the number of times I've sat here waiting for the forum to change when I've only highlighted it and forgotten to click on Go. :rotfl:

I like it overall. Not sure what the Thread Stats box adds though.
