no point in selling dvds/cds imho
noone really wants cds anymore theyd rather get it in mp3 and as a result cds are just about worthless
i tried selling a couple of dvds recently on ebay... never again
stuck them in free listings starting at 99p
as ebay imposed max postage of a quid, after paypal and ebay fees and £1.50 postage left with about 12 pence
better off keeping them/giving them to charity shop/binning them
only people i made money for were ebay and royal mail
or could try selling as a job lot on ebay...
ie all disney films
all action films etc0 -

Simple really. Price is about what someone is prepared to pay for something not what you think it's worth. No big deal. [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] just the market economy.0

Used Magpie a couple of months ago. OK, didn't get that much for my old CDs but it was better than them just sitting in a pile unused. Easy to use system, prompt payment, no complaints.0

Suppose you could name them La Gazza Ladra
But then again you don't have to take what they offer you, it's a democratic society, you could dispose of them elsewhere.0 -

Who knows if it will be released on DVD Again but that is not my point. My point is that once it goes out of print, if it hasn't already, it will easily be worth a tenner. Blu Ray is still a niche product and until it goes mainstream an out of print Disney will always be worth a reasonable amount.0 -

in fact you could place it on Amazon market place right this second while Sleeping Beauty is still in print and make £8 - £10 ...lowest asking for is £12.96 second hand:) amazon themselves are selling for £16.470 -
Lion King's out of print ....you'll need to cough up over £200

Afraid not , although I did google in to find out about music magpie. tbh I doubt pixie was truthful about being offered 30 p for a disney film though.
I was offered about £10 for 15 DVD/CDs including upto...wait for it.... just over £2 but mostly 30p-78p0
