Morning All
Serena - sorry I didn't get on yesterday to wish you Happy Birthday - hope you had a good day after the inspections!
Work again today - then staff meeting so will hopefully catch you all later. Still haven't booked a caravan for next week yet so I'd better do that tonight.

Glad you like the turbines... I love the ones at Goonhilly, and the one on the M4 at Reading.... as for telling, I was right in my suspicions... one of my colleagues has announced that he's fallen in love with me ... but at least I was prepared, and hopefully I'm dealing with it OK. Not as well as I should, but hopefully without too much fall out.
Oh, are you not even a teeeeensy bit in love backgreenbee wrote:I'm bored with mine... want to borrow it?Just a quickie pop on to say:

Thank you to you and greenbee for the offers - I will clear some space in my PM box and PM you later :APP Is this your DD's first shift at CAB? How is she enjoying it?
It was, and she's loving it, if being somewhat overwhelmedShe's going down a storm with everyone, too, as she's very easy-going and willing to turn her hand to anything

Morning all
It's alot cooler here this morning but at least it's dry. I've my painting clothes on and ready to go. I need a second coat of gold on the gate, i might even start in the house just depends on what time the tyre man rings. Kitchen man will be out again before the weekend and i really need to start pushing him to get it finished, Bo has started to chew his way through the boxes.
Go on PenPen tell me the joke, i haven't heard it before. Please
Natty thanks hun, i just hope it turns out to be nothing.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

Joke about the nun and the blind man. Highlight below to reveal. Don;t reveal if you're easily shocked, or are offended by jokes about nuns
A nun is in the bath, and there's a knock on the door. "Go away" shouts she "I'm completely naked".
"It's OK, he replies, I'm the blind man".
Nun thinks, can't be so bad - he's blind so will not see my state of undress. "OK, come in, the door's open" she calls.
Man comes in and she carries on washing. As he leaves, he says "I've fitted the blinds, and BTW, nice ****":rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -
