Hello all,
Queen Bee just checking in! I'm afraid no weight loss this week.
However, I have adjusted my shopping habits - no more Sainsbury's basic's shortbreads at 17p a packet, roll in the canned pineapple in fruit juice instead.
I am still reeling from the discovery on that web-site that I'm classifies as obese.
Next week, there will be positive news to report...

For me it's because my weight seems to fluctuate wildly day to day so for me to see a loss I only weigh in every second week. Oh and Paul McKenna advocates it too. Otherwise I get disheartened.
I've been doing exercise classes off Fitness TV this week......combat cardio rocks!!0 -

Evening all! Listen to me sounding like a police woman!!
Radish: Cider is the one thing I would always refuse-it reminds me of student days drinking bottles of 'diamond white' god I feel sick just at the thought.
We are having a BBQ on the weekend but my plan is to have no bread, rolls etc. and just stick to plenty of meat and plain salads, red slimming world day for me. I will however be indulging in [STRIKE]a little[/STRIKE] wine:rotfl:
Hi Baby steps, I have added you to the list, can you just double check i;ve got your details correct?
deedee fitness TV sounds interesting, what channel is it on? I would need to invest in a good [STRIKE]bolder holder[/STRIKE]ahem bra before I started jumping about though or I would get two black eyes..sorry TMI:p
SML enjoy your night out, I think if you don't let your hair down once in while you will go nuts - not every week though eh:D;)
Well it is late, and I am missing 'The housewives of Orange County' sorry its carp but addictive tv.
Good luck all for tomorrows food intake.
