I put 1.5 pounds back on over the weekend too. All we can do is try again and think at least we aren't heavier than when we started. Annoying. I'll still weigh in on Friday i think.0

TPA
I have lost 0lb in my first week
I'm not surprised I have lost nothing with the amount I have drunk/eaten this weekend at BF sisters
The only saving grace is that I haven't gained any, as I had lost 2lbs before we went
Also fell of the crisp wagon - beef flavoured monster punch, eaten in a pub, late at night with a HUGE glass of wineMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Hi everyone!
I'm sooo glad that I'm not the only one who had a BBQ this weekend!I also went clubbing and hence scoffed a load of chips, a burger king, cooked breakfast, crisps and lots of sugary drinks.
Did you manage to resist the Bud in the fridge yesterday TPA?
Going to weigh myself tonight after swimming.Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

I've lost 2lbs, yay!! Not bad considering i only started part way through the week. I also wasn't great over the bank holiday weekend as went away, so all in all very happy with that result.
Will be good this week and hopefully can lose another couple:beer:
TPA- you got my details right. Hope everyone else does well this week.Mortgage @ 01.06.10 £165,999Mortgage @ 31.10.13 £14,6640 -
I hopped on the scales yesterday morning and I'd gained 1lb taking me to 141lbs. Not pleased considering I did 6 hours gardening on Monday, 5 hours gardening/wallpaper stripping on Sunday and 4 hours on Saturday. However last night TOTM arrived, which explains it, hopefully next Monday's will be a bit more positive and reflect how active I've tried to be and by and large stuck to the diet (a few squares of dark choc and two glasses of wine not withstanding)Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
