Morning everyone, I don't need to update my weight this week as I have lost NOTHING!
I seem to struggle with losing weight AND not spending, last time I was on a succesful diet (lost over 1 1/2 stones) , I was eating lovely ready made dinners, prepared fruit etc. this time I am cooking, and as a fussy, lazy, vegetarian I'm not that good.
whinging over , I'm off to have some toast!MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
My weight loss this week is also nothing.
I am still 12st which i should be really pleased about as i have been so rubbish this week. I didn't really knuckle down until yesterday.
So, the 1.5 Ib i put back on last weekend has gone again. I need to make sure i stay focussed again this weekend. Lots of gardening to do and housework, and i will get on my exercise bike. I will. I said it here so i must do it. Might drag the kids and DH on a free walk as well at the weekend.0 -
Keep going Newgirly and Michelle :j Staying the same is still much better than putting on, let us know what your aim is for next week and we'll lend a helping [STRIKE]boot [/STRIKE]hand
Courgette, can you be our cheerleader?
Well done on your loss Caz and MyLife :TCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

I am thinking at least 2Ib a week for the next 3 weeks would be good. Then we are going away.
Off to a good start. Done 55 minutes on the exercise bike while using handweights at the same time. I've also got the kids on board. I had them saying 'you can do it mummy' while i was pedalling. Also helps that we are skint so less potential to buy any scrummy food or alcohol.:rotfl:
I need all the cheerleaders/hit squad i can get.0 -
Phew, I think i've updated everyone - I don't thank anyone until I've updated the 2nd post, that way I 'should know' where I am.
I think we are doing fantastically well, :jeven if you stay the same it's got to be better than not being here and putting on weight.
Big loves and positive vibes to you all xxx
Please check i'm correct in my 2nd post.
PREEP - honey where are you???

I've just realised - I have 11 more weigh-ins until my 35th birthday. If I can lose just over 1.5lbs a week then I'll hit my target for my birthday :j:j:j:j:j:j:j
Right, I'm really fired up to do this now0 -

Evab - all that exercise you've done makes me tired just reading it! Well done! :T Makes my 60mins walking (3.1 miles) seem really lame! I did enjoy it though as it was lovely and sunny here. I must be getting fitter as walking for an hour would have killed me a month ago.Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

I think I will set myself a target for the next week of 2lb, and have decided I should only drink alcohol at weekend (although it is easier to say this on a friday night with a glass of wine!)MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0
