Yeh you go girl, wish I was 35 next birthday:p

    TPAx

I'd be happy with 45 next birthday :o.

Weigh in Monday, am expecting a small los which is good as I've been on holiday & accidentally drank wine & ate bread & alioli & paella

GG holidays are meant for eating, drinking and relaxing!

Weighed myself this morning before breakfast I've lost 1lb, so current weight now 10st 13lb. Off for a slow run soon as tomorrow I'm doing the Race for Life and want to get a good time.

Taka - I couldn't run at all a few years ago but just build it up slowly (if you want to run at all, not everyone likes it!)

Going to Tesco today has reminded me of my three top weight-loss tips for summer:

    1) If you're an ice-cream lover, go for a Solero - they're 104kcal or less compared with 275kcal for a Magnum Classic.

    2) Buy lolly moulds and fill with cheap fruit juice or sugar-free squash .

    3) You can make a really low calorie potato salad using Hellman's Extra Light mayonnaise - it's a bit too thick straight out of the jar, but add a dash of vinegar (white wine vinegar if you want to be posh) to relax it, then stir in some garlic granules and chopped spring onions and then mix with new potatoes and a sprig of mint.

It's a deal :D Give me another 6-8 weeks for my new potatoes to be ready though - it's even better when made with freshly-dug spuds! (Actually, give me 12 weeks and you can have home-grown sausages as well!)

    Morning all,

A whole pound down from last week and, despite my Monday weigh in plan to foil the weekend overeating, it's happened again. The (not even that big) plate of pasta last night and no walking due to the somewhat inclement Scottish summer saw a 2lb weight gain from yesterday to today according to the Wii Fit. I think that should go fairly quickly though as the plan is to get out for a run tonight. Aiming to hit the halfway mark next Monday of 4lb gone.

    Cheers so,

    Billy

Another 4lbs lost for me this week! :j My total loss since 1st May is now 17lbs! :D

Exercise is going well (though my thighs are sooooo sore after yesterday's ice skating :o). Food seems to be going well too (ermmmm... if we ignore the 99 I had on Saturday! Well...it was sweltering here and I was at a local fair so it had to be done!) :D

    Afternoon every one.
Finally bought some battries for the wii and the result is -2lb, as i missed first weigh in this is over two weeks.
Not as much as i was hoping but a loss is a loss... and is good taking into account the number of BBQ's and booze i've had over the past two weeks!!! Also been donated some slimming world manuals from a friend who's stopped going now as she's lost an amazing 2 stone since feb!!! So gonna have a try following that.... call me tight but i didnt want to pay the £4.95 a week just for the books and to get weighed lol...

Hello all well done to those who have lost I am in the no change this week camp. That is a the second week with no change really must do better. Mind you this week spending 4 out of 7 nights in hotels so that doesn't really help. Will try and order heathly dinner tonight.

Will keep going and thank you to TPA for doing the chart.
