    Well done TPA! :T

I'm not having such a good week this week. I fell over and hurt my knee on Monday so I've been resting and not doing any extra walking. :( I managed ~15 mins today so it seems a bit better than it was... I also seem to be stupidly hungry all the time. Gahhhhhhh... On the good side I'm off work next week! :j

My weigh in day is Sunday. :D (and I'm still to embarrassed to say my weight here - lets just say I'm the highest here... :o)

Morning, I'm not sure what weigh in day I am doing yet, but I'm away this weekend so i thought i'd pop in before I go.

I did well for the first couple of days, but have slipped a bit and have been at the crisps again!

Anyway I'm weighing in at 11 stone 9.6 ib (I thought i'd not round it up like usual as i've lost so little :D)

    Have a great weekend everyone

    Latest update

Weight, Mortgage and debt all down! - weight loss slowing down now - but have joined the Global Corporate Challenge - a team walking programme that is aimed to get teams of work colleagues fit. This will run until September and you have to enter your steps each day into a computer programme - but the scores are added together and the team that walks the longest distance wins - so I now have 6 other team members at work forcing me to walk!!

Keep up the good work everyone!

First weigh in for me this morning and i lost 3Ib. Very happy as i only started on Monday properly and i feel that is good going and i haven't even been that good. I think i need a few wiser choices and i will do really well.

So that takes me to the 12 stone that i wanted to hit this week, with a further stone and a half remaining.

So 3 out of 24 gone.

Wow how many posts have we got now, cannot keep up and to be honest only just skimmed them all. Well done TPA on your first week at SW sounds good. Also hello to all the other MFW slimmers on here.

I have not been that good but I am still within my own selfimposed drinks limits but not been to the gym due to forgetting my suitcase and being away so much. Will try to go tonight but then again its Friday so might do Saturday morning instead.

My weigh in day is going to be Monday but it might be better if we PM TPA with the data or she might miss it in the thread. Just know how hard it is from doing MFi3 and I only had to do it once a month.

Morning all, it's my weigh-in day and I've lost 1lb to make me 10st 5lbs. Frankly I'm astonished - it's PMT week and I've eaten an entire box of white chocolate Mikado biscuits, a packet of HobNobs and a large bar of Galaxy, but I suppose that must have been offset a bit by keeping to my running training schedule and going out three times for 45-50 minutes (that includes the warm up and cool down time and I'm doing run-walk intervals - I'm not that fit!)

    Onwards and downwards :D

    Hi TPA and all.

Fitness tv is on sky channel 282. I can recommend the Big Workout program. 6 progressive episodes, building up each week.

And as said combat cardio is really good too.
  • Hello everyone:wave:

cha 3 lb in 5 days is amazing - I don't know how you do it with the two little ones:T

My life the work walking thing sounds fabulous, I wish my work would do something similar

newgirly I rounded you up to 1.5 lb my figure head is not that good:rotfl:

taka you don't have to say your weight, I've only done it to make sure I keep on track. You are not the only one who doesn't want to say, so don't stress. You are doing fabulously well, sorry to hear about your knee. You are so much fitter than me, you put me to shame by the miles you cover:eek:

I have had a fairly good day, but hubby has been shopping and bought me some budweisers:eek::mad: Bless him, he doesn't drink so it wasn't even a present in disguse IYSWIM:rotfl:They were on offer in Asda so he bought 4 boxes:eek:. Don't know wether to be pleased he thought about me or cross because he didn't think about the diet:mad::p He just cannot win. Anyway as long as I don't put them in the fridge I will be fine, guess what I will be taking when we get invited anywhere:rotfl:

  • Evening everyone.

I am being a bit naughty and drinking budweiser, I;m on my third bottle (won't have any more ... promise) I feel a bit 'tiggled', must be the lack of food:p.

Having a BBQ tomorrow so I hope the weather improves. If it doesn't I will be sitting everyone outside with coats on:rotfl:

Diet wise, other than the budweiser I've been excellent:rotfl:
