Happy belated birthday Taka - 35 is a good age, I'm 35 today!
Thanks to hormones and a friend staying, I've gained 4.5lbs in a single week and am now 1.5lbs above my start weight :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: I'm going to enjoy dinner out with friends this evening and then it's back to the grindstone tomorrow. I asked my family for Amazon vouchers and have been able to order my Garmin Forerunner watch this morning, which I'm really looking forward to playing with
I've been thinking about the Food Eaten - Calories Used = Weight Gained/Lost equation and when I try to cut back on the first part of it, especially when I have PMT, I turn into a stroppy kid and eat chocolate out of pure rebelliousness. I'm going to spend the next few weeks concentrating on upping the calories burnt part (the Garmin will help here, nothing like a shiny new gadget!) to see what happens.

wow - some amazing weight losses here. Again, i could have stuck around, but went through a bit of a bad patch with it really and telling myself i deserved it. I have been less focussed on money making for the mortgage too.
No more. I am going to hop back on those scales tomorrow morning, and see what the damage is of drinking at least a bottle of wine a night for the past 6 days, plus eating 2 all you can eat breakfasts and 2 3 course meals out while away.
Whatever the damage is, i think i might be in the right place to start undoing it. I'm fed up of looking as though i am pregnant, and there is no good excuse for letting myself go.
Happy birthday to taka and Caz, and well done Taka on 42 pounds. That is truly amazing as somone who has talked to you for a good while now i am impressed with how hard you have worked.0 -
Sorry I have not had a chance to read up for a while, stayed the same today on the scales so that's two weeks without a change really must do better.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Finally some movement! Another 1.6lbs lost, bringing me to a total of 8.4lbs lost. Not going to get to the 20lbs lost target before the wedding (and lets face it, I'll gain on honeymoon) but the dress fits so I'm not going to cry over it too much.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Got on the scales this morning and I've lost one pound.
Felt like I'd gained weight this week- bit bloated I think- so this is a relief!
Got a splitting headache today- don't feel like doing anything. Probably due to the fact I didn't sleep well last night- intruders in our back garden:eek:. I'd not long been in bed so I heard them, looked out the window and saw two lads in hoodies- only looked about 12/13 year old. Anyway they climbed up and over our garage in seconds to get away like it was nothing- scary! What are kids that age doing out after midnight? Anyway, adrenaline going I couldn't get to sleep then.
I've sold quite a few items on ebay (decluttering) over the past few weeks, and I have to pack them up and take to the post office (30 minutes walk there and back) but struggling to motivate myself.
Also planning to go for a swim this evening- got to work harder to lose more weight. Struggling to eat much less than I am doing so must be more active!
Went for a bike ride with OH yesterday :T, and he pulls out a picnic blanket and a coolbox with cornettos and chilled juice from his rucksack. Very sweet of him, and I enjoyed the icecreambut I think it probably cancelled out most of the calories burned:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Must try harder.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have stayed the same weight again. Going to have to try and find different types of exercise to help me loose as I don't eat that much food. At least it isn't a gain anyway.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
