Evil week over, friend gone home, birthday done and dusted and I've lost 4lbs of the 4.5lbs that went on :j:j:j:j
My Garmin has arrived. I took it on my dog walk yesterday morning to figure out how it worked and then went for a run yesterday evening, setting my virtual training partner to run slower than I know I can so I got the satisfaction of beating itI'm doing a 10k race on 11th September, so I need to build up distance again - going to run a slow 5 miles tonight and then have tomorrow off.
I'm 10st 3.5lbs now and I'm DETERMINED to crack this silly 10st mental block I seem to have in September!

I was going to pretend I couldn't weigh myself rather than admit that I have put on weight but if I can't be honest here?
A tough day yesterday as I was away working, spent hours travelling and had to eat out for dinner and then spend hours sitting down again, the day finished with not enough sleep so it was bound to be a bad result this week.

Ajmoney. Dont be too hard on yourself - I'll be the same when I weigh in tomorrow... Today is a new day... Well done for being honest xxx
Taka you're doing SO well xx
TPA I'll have to weigh tomorrow as the Bank Holiday has put me totally out of whack and I swore it was Monday this morning... However as I expect to put on this week as I've been stuffing baked lemon cheesecake AND made a chocolate and lime cake yesterday.... Thanks DansMum!
Keep going everyone... you can do this! :T
Today I'm wearing size 22 jeans today for the 1st time in ~9 years!Woo hoo! :j I'd been stalking them (ie trying them on) ~once a week for the past month in the hope they'd fit me and yesterday they did! Even better they only cost me £7.50 as there was a 25% off event! :money:I had to make a new hole in my belt too as it was too loose. I measured the distance between the belt hole I was using at the beginning of May when I started trying to loose weight and now... It is 16cm! That is scary!
