1lb down this week, which is amazing because a) it's PMT week and b) OH has been away so I've been picking at the fridge!

Curry night tonight, but I've switched my normal chicken methi with pilau rice to a vegetable biriyani and I'm only going to eat half of it and freeze the other half - see my halo!!

Hi all,
Sorry I've not posted in a few weeks, was starting to struggle with the diet, basically whenever I got hungry I'd get nauseous, so bad I had to sit on the floor in a takeaway shop until my order was ready. Anyway its turns out I'm pregnant! So although I will try not to gain more than I need to- I can't really plan to lose weight at the moment. But I have been lurking here and there's some great progress on here- good luck to all of you!
