Joined Slimming World last week and lost 3.5 lbs. Today I blew it by scoffing a huge tube of pringles, but tomorrow i'll be back on track and gonna have a 'red' day (ie low carb).

Can't get my head round the Extra Easy plan, and from speaking to other members of the group, I'm not the only one!! Ah well, whatever works..

Stayed the same this week, so still:

Am very disappointed to find out that the local bridal shop doesn't have the dress I want to try on, so I'm faced with an 11-hour round trip to Aberdeen, which is the next closest stockist. Or I could be really extravagant and fly from Wick I suppose!

I may have just found a (very expensive) solution to snacking - I'm getting my teeth straightened and you have to take the trays out every time you eat something and clean your teeth and floss before putting them back in. I suspect that most of the time I'm just going to think it's not worth the hassle!

Caz are they same stockist? Can the shop in Aberdeen not send it down to your local shop? I suppose that the snacks will have to really be worth it!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately not, both independents I'll see if there's anything I like in Inverness, which at least has the advantage of being only 2 and a bit hours each way...!

Sorry, the sad face was because I'm uber grumpy today... I was going to rant here but did it on my thread instead - I just forgot to delete the last smiley!

Nope I'm pleased the weight loss is still happening despite not being able to exercise much at the mo (walking only really - and that is rather weather dependant :rotfl:)
