Sorry not been posting for a while. Weight (and mortgage) both continue to reduce slowly but steadily (the 5 lbs was since I last posted - not just one week!!) I cannot believe that I have lost over 4 stone now (58lbs) and only have 19lbs left to go. I went to a wedding recently and it was lovely to surprise people!

Keep up the hard work everyone

Well done, just another 2lbs and you've lost an elephant's penis :rotfl:You've already lost a microwave oven, a tyre and a rack of ribs :D

    12 .G.G : 15 stone 5.5 lb/34.5 lb/3 stone 5.5 lb (47.5lbs) / 1.5lb/Monday

Minus 1.5lbs this week which is a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts :D. In total I've lost an automobile tyre, a human head, a chihuahua and the donuts

  • OK, latest update from me is that last week, I joined Slimming World as I find it very hard to keep going without the face-2-face group support. Hopefully, this will yield dividends in the coming weeks..

To reiterate (cos I always forget this bit), the sequence is starting Weight/Weight loss to date/Initial amount to lose to Target weight/This weeks loss/weigh day

    My latest details are therefore:
    20. QueenBee: 13 stone 5 lb/4 lbs/1 stone 0lbs/2 lbs/Wednesday.

The SW Extra Easy diet seems to include vast quantities of potato, cous-cous and muller-lite yoghurts, which I've been guzzling with a vengeance... hard to see how I can loose weight with this lot, but heigh ho, we'll see. Assuming it works, from this point onwards, I am expecting to report some serious losses, week on week!!

ooh, please can i join in?

I decided to start losing weight a few weeks ago - after going on holiday and having to face the ugly truth as I stood in front of the mirror in my bikini applying sun cream, enough was enough!

So, I lost 2lbs in the first week :A and 2lbs in the second:A but on my weigh in on Monday this week only lost 0.5lb. At least it is going in the right direction, but disappointed none the less, especially as this week I have a tough diet week (OH bday, a girly meal out and a wedding).

I have A LOT to lose - i fractured my ankle and tore some ligaments back in December 2009 (third time I have injured the same bone/ligaments) and it is taking forever to heal. So I haven't been to the gym since, nor worn high heels  And have put on 2 stone this year and I was at the gym last year to shift a stone - so that means I have 3 stone to lose.

    And so another challenge begins!!!!
    Mort at highest - June 2008 - £171,000 - Daily Int 5.9% = £27.64:eek:
    Offset Mort - Nov 2010 £150,299- Daily Int 3.75% = Nov £15.44
    Mortgage Jan 2012 - £136,000 - Daily Int 3.75% - £3.10
