  • Right, I now officially have no idea what's going on with my weight! This morning the scales say 10st 7lbs, 1lb above my start weight, but thanks to ripping the leg of my only clean pair of wearable jeans yesterday I was forced into my 'only-wear-these-when-feeling-really-skinny' jeans this morning and once they'd relaxed from their not-worn-for-ages stiffness, they're actually comfortable. I can even sit down in them happily without the waistband biting - last time I tried these on they barely went over my bottom and certainly wouldn't do up :o

I'm pretty certain it's because I've upped my running schedule fairly drastically (doing the pre-training for starting a half marathon training schedule in December ) and I'm permanently eating because my body isn't used to the extra exercise - hopefully the weight will start to drop again as it acclimatises, but to be honest I'm happy with the fact that I'm changing shape and for the first time in my life I'm not too bothered about what the scales say :D

Morning! :D 3.2lbs this week (can you tell its the week after my totm? = bigger loss! :rotfl:)

    25.Taka: 21st 8lbs/4st 3.8lbs (59.8lbs) /10st 1lbs/3.2lbs/Sunday

I seem to be buying loads of clothes at the moment. I'm down 3 dress sizes since May and most of my jumpers/cardis are swamping me so I've had to buy some that actually fit! :rotfl: I desperately need trousers too - I've now got more pairs of joggers that fit (3 pairs - only worn skating or exercising) than normal trousers/ jeans I wear every day! :rotfl: Ooops! I had to buy a new winter coat too - a lovely £25 bargain (it was reduced!) duffle coat (with wool + a wee bit of angora) :T

Back to the hospital for a wrist check up tomorrow! I hope its healing ok!

    Hello everyone
You guys are doing really well, I'd love to join in please! I've been half-heartedly trying to lose a stone since last October... I lost 3st7 with WW a few years ago but my work hours don't suit anymore and it seems without the public weighing in I don't take it seriously enough :o

I am so happy to report that after literally months of lurking and reading enviously I am finally off the mark! Possibly because I've rejoined WW :D

I have gained 2lb but I was on holiday so in a sort of way (that I haven't worked out), this isn't bad :rotfl:
