    I have not been to the gym for almost two weeks due to the 'man flu', however I am hoping to go this pm, after my flu jab and smear test.....hmm, might not be such a good idea but will see how I feel.:)

    Dans Mum, do we need to adjust you weight loss etc. Let me know on here if the maths is wrong!!

    Taka - you are a legend! OMG I bet people pass you in the street and don't reconise you.:D
    Mostly they sort of look me up and down (which is really disconcerting! :eek:) and ask me how I've lost weight then look really disappointed when I say healthy eating and exercise! :rotfl: I hope I still look like me - I've still got another 8.5 years left on my passport! :p :rotfl:

I used to take my passport to the hairdressers and say I want that cut again please! It was one of the few pics of me I liked! :rotfl: The one now is evil...
