    Hi TPA,

Thankfully I've been better with the mortgage updates than I have with the weight loss updates. I think we'd be miles away from paying the mortgage off if I'd been as lax as I have here! Not a lot of progress in the last wee while on either front although I'm pleased to find that I'm a whole pound ahead of where I was when I started the weight loss challenge. Still intending to kick the remaining 7lbs and I promise to update more regularly...

    Cheers,

    Billy

    Congratulations Froggy,

I'll be delighted with a pound this coming week. Not had the chance to do much exercise (although played five-a-side last night and will be walking in St. Andrews), avoided Champanay's yesterday as fish and chips would not have done the diet too well but we do have Nahm Jim tomorrow to have a crack at. All this fancy restaurant stuff is no good for the waistline!

    Cheers,

    Billy

  • 1.5lbs on this week :( But I know why - PMT plus other half's brother bringing mini-stollen plus other half's mum being in hospital so we're living off takeaways. She's back out now after 10 days :) so hopefully back under 10 stone again next week. On the plus side, I went to the pool last night because it was way too windy to run, and swam a mile. I'm pleased for 2 reasons - a) it's the first time I've swum that distance and b) I'm not in the slightest bit achey this morning, which I normally am after swimming.

Rubbish this morning after a weekend of indulgence in St. Andrews - nothing off but happily nothing on either. Still 6lbs to knock off.
