New mini target for me 7lb and I'll be nice to myself and make that target end of January 2011. There are FAR too many nice Nigella receipes on Good Food at the moment!

    Well done everyone!

I've been ill with the flu this week, kindly passed on by the boy! But im not grumbling, I've lost quite a bit of weight! I havent been at all hungry but I have eaten a little bit when I've taken pills so I wont feel/be sick(I have a sick phobia!). It's given me a little head start, I posted on Tuesday that I'd lost 8lbs and 2 days later I've now lost a stone! It cant just be water as I been drinking so much to try to keep my temp down; it went up to 39.9C last night! I was hotter than the radiator!

I just hope I can keep it off when I get better!

  • Better this week - 2lbs gone :j

    cazmanian minx: 10 stone 6 lb/-8lb/1 stone 6 lb/-2lb/Friday

Getting close to my first mini target now, my old WeightWatchers target weight (9st 7lbs). I'm definitely aiming to go past that to 9st, but looking at the amount of wobble still on the backs of my thighs and my stomach (and it's not just lack of toning, my legs are pretty muscled from the running), I'm thinking I may need to aim for 8st 7lbs - I haven't been in the 8s for about 15 years!
