Feeling rock bottom. As you can probably tell im not out tonight when I should be: me and mr.nat had a barney about my weight and I ended up feeling so crap i couldnt face it. Of course that started an even bigger arguement and now im at home on my own. Cant stop crying, hes gone out without me and im slipping into depression.
Oh Nat, sorry to hear that.It sounds like you're feeling very low. Have you been to the doctor at all?
As Dinah said, you shouldn't put off doing things because of your weight. Ok, you don't want to be the weight you are, and you will get there with losing weight, but why don't you go out and buy a few new things? I feel very uncomfortable in clothes that are too tight or don't look quite right.
I have quite a small wardrobe, but everything fits me, and is a style which suits my shape.Try to focus on your good points, mine is my cleavage.
:D

Oh Nat are you okay? Are things any better today? I know exactly what it feels like when you're putting effort in but it isn't enough, I've had depression on and off for years, and I'm definately down at the moment - yesterday I sat and stared at the wall for about 2 hours until husband came home and coaxed me back into the real world. Tacking the debt and being in a body I hate, and having a house that is a building site has really built up to a point I'm not really handling much very well. Arguement aside, do you feel better or worse for not going?
Healthy BMI is 18.5 - 25, I have a small frame and I'm quite tall, so I'll still be within the healthy range even after loosing 30lbs. And some clothes might do up again, because I sure can't afford a new wardrobe!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Thanks for the comments guys. I was out yesterday at a craft fair nearly all day so I wasnt able to reply.
No, we still havent made up. We've barely spoken a word between us. He's stomping around the house and I dont feel like I care anymore. He said I let him down by not going out but I shouldnt of gone out anyway-im still ill! I feel bad that I didnt go as I wanted to have some fun but then on the flip side, I wouldnt of been able to relax and have fun as I would of been so self concious. Think its the end of the road for us. Look forward to emotional eating!2025 Mortgage start £378K 2025 Overpayment £103 Savings Challenge 2025 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

You shouldn't feel forced into doing something you don't want to Nat, I think it's quite selfish of him to make you feel worse when clearly you needed his support.
Another rough day, builder has served us with court papers and an accident DH was in 18 months ago sent legal papers on the same day for a whiplash claim (for someone who wasn't even in the car?!?!), and an Amazon order has said the item which was new and sealed doesn't work and we don't have the money to refund it. So DH has put me to bed with a glass of wine after I spent the last hour crying uncontrollably. I think I'm emotionally not eating. Just drinking. And avoiding thinking too much about anything.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Reading your post on the £10 a day thread Nat, I take it you and the OH have now made up? Just when you were saying a few days ago you thought it was over and you didn't much care, can I advise paying your own debts off before his if things really are that dicey.
Feeling a bit better today. Not going on the scales again until starting the diet, which will be after Christmas. Think I will take mum up on her offer to buy me gym membership for Christmas. Going to see how much it is for a joint membership, if its under £20 a month more than a single one I might be able to pursuade her to join with me as she wanted to go to a dance class together anyway, and they do a free one for members.

We've 'made' up but papered over the cracks as usual. We've both agreed to go to Relate in the new year, we still love each other and the relationship cant go on as it is. I dont have any debts thats why we've been paying off his, its a major arguing point seeing as it swallows up so much of our income. Think I was just having an ultra low day, feel a bit better now but thats probably because I know theres a bottle of wine in the fridge with my name on it!
Hope your feeling better? I saw your post the other day but didnt have time to reply. Hope things are a bit brighter and your not a raging alcoholic?!!2025 Mortgage start £378K 2025 Overpayment £103 Savings Challenge 2025 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0
