Ooh, Froggy, well done - at last night's SW group, we only had one loss - EVERYONE else was either a gain (me included - how on earth can I have put on 7lbs in the space of a week????) or a staying-put! QB

Thanks QB, don't worry the 7lbs will dissapear by next week... Your body will adapt and shift this week's gain automatically...

    Keep going

  • I'm well in again. Need to take a trip to Tesco later today as i tried to get on my electronic scales and the batteries are not working. They seem to eat them.

I'll weigh in tomorrow morning. Although christmas has been better than i thought with being ill and not able to have chocs and booze, i am still feeling fat and frumpy. I NEED to buy some new jeans unless i get at least half a stone off in January.

My aim is half a stone off and 15 lots of exercise. I'll report in with a new start weight tomorrow.

Feeling very fat today. Had a huge roast last night, mainly consisting of vegtables but its sat in my tummy and it feels blurgh! I feel like im carrying an extra stone in weight! I went on the scales to confirm my suspicions; 4lbs on. Hopefully it will settle down as I dont think I will be eating anything today!!

Mine too. Obviously when there is less to weigh they will use less battery power though :rotfl:

£5.50 for some batteries, so too right i am back as i am too tight to buy them then not use them. ;) I won't be storing them in the box they came in anymore as the on/off button keeps getting pressed on so draining the batteries. Nothing to do with the bulk they are weighing.

Fridge has got veg and salad in, fruit bowl looking healthy. The one thing that isn't is my tummy. I am imagining clear skin, flat tummy and clothes that fit.

And to make it all good, i am going to attempt potty training the littlie tomorrow. Running up and downstairs might help weightloss.

6lbs gained in a fortnight - that's what you get for eating your entire body weight in chocolate over Christmas...

Right, time to start again. Starting at 149lbs, want to get down to 115lbs by the time I go to New York at the end of August, which is around 1lb a week. I'm right right right at the top of normal on the bmi charts, this will get me down to halfway between the mid point and the bottom of normal so I think its a reasonable goal. Now to find that willpower I once had. I think its hidding in the cupboard eating cheese and crackers and laughing at my futile attempts to fit into my clothes again right now.
