Managed to survive our suppiers fair without huge amounts of chocolate or cake... :j Its a miracle! :rotfl: Never though I'd turn down a free chocolate orange but I did! :p I did kidnap a mini packet of choc buttons and a fun sized dairy milk but they have a chance of fitting into my daily calories at some point whereas the choc orange would have disappeared all to quickly...

Ermmmm... I resisted the choc orange but not the mini pack if choc buttons and fun size dairly milk I picked up to have "sometime"! :o Sometime was apparently less than hour after I posted! :rotfl:

Radish - I think I'll be like that this week too. I stupidly decided to have a mid week check on my weight. Its stayed the same. Poo :(

Dansmum - interesting maths! ;) Good luck with your target! :D

I've split my targets into 5% of total to loose chunks which are at ~7lbs intervals so I don't get too discouraged between targets and they aren't scary mini targets! :rotfl: I think I'm at ~43% of weight to loose gone now... and praying (please, please, please... pretty please with a cherry on top??) I loose another 9.2lbs before the end of the year to hit the big 50% lost target. Thats a lb a week that needs to vanish...

    Dear Diet God

Please, please, please help Taka lose those pesky 9lbs by the end of the year

(I think she will do it, as she is very motivated, unlike me )

  • Hello everyone! :hello:

    What a fab idea! :j

I'd like to start overpaying on our mortgage and I really need to lose weight, so it'd be great if I could join you. :)

I'll weigh myself on Monday and every week thereafter. I'm not sure I'll be brave enough to reveal my weight, but I think I need to lose about five stone. :o

    Hello Lily

Welcome, you don't have to reveal your weight if you don't want, you can just break it into small amounts

I need to lose the same as you, so you're not alone :)

    Welcome Lily! :hello:

Its totally up to you if you want to post your weight or not. You don't have to... I certainly didn't initially as it was just too scary. (10st 1lb to loose!) I've still got ~5 and a half stones to go so you definitely aren't alone! :D
