Today I'm wearing size 22 jeans today for the 1st time in ~9 years! :D Woo hoo! :j I'd been stalking them (ie trying them on) ~once a week for the past month in the hope they'd fit me and yesterday they did! Even better they only cost me £7.50 as there was a 25% off event! :money:I had to make a new hole in my belt too as it was too loose. I measured the distance between the belt hole I was using at the beginning of May when I started trying to loose weight and now... It is 16cm! That is scary!

That is superb Taka, well done :)

    16cm, that's about 6" isn't it ;)

Oh dear, I can't seem to get the hang of this font business... Just to remind myself, the sequence is starting Weight/Weight loss to date/Initial amount to lose to Target weight/This weeks loss/weigh day

    My original details were:
    20. QueenBee: 13 stone 5 lb/0/1 stone 0 lb/ 0/Wednesday

    Currently, my details are:
    20. QueenBee: 13 stone 5 lb/3 lbs/1 stone 0lbs/2 lbs/Wednesday.

Not great, but after I supposedly started, my weight went up to 13 stone 7lbs [how did this ever happen???] so at least I am now back down to below where I officially began.

Taka, your progress is amazing - well done you!! You are such an inspiration to the rest of us.
  • Spoke too soon, put on 1lb this week. Entirely my own fault, I've been eating far too much chocolate thinking I'd run it off and then not going running :o (Though I did do my 5 miles last weekend). I've got a 10k race on Saturday, so I shall be running today, running Tuesday and then resting - and will be eating sensibly! I've dug up so much veg that the kitchen looks like a greengrocers!

A smaller loss this week... 1.4lbs

    25. Taka: 21st 8lbs/3st 5.2lbs (47.2lbs) /10st 1lbs/1.4lbs/Sunday :)

I have now lost 33.5% of the weight I need to loose to be a healthy BMI since the beginning of May!! A tiny smidge over a third of the excess weight is gone! :j:j:j:j

Dietician apointment tomorrow... I wonder how that'll go? I feel oddly nervous about it for some reason!

I have weighed in at the same again. I wasn't that active last week but I did start doing some sit ups and can feel the difference in my clothes already so that is one positive at least!

    Hi TPA,

Sorry for my lack of attentiveness on this thread! I'm stuck at 5 of the 8 pounds so I'm yet again reporting a need to lose the last 3lbs! I'm going to have a really concerted effort at it this week though.

    Cheers,

    Billy

sorry didn't post last week as i stayed the same -andguess what -i've stayed the same again.

i am getting really annoyed with myself.its like a mental barrier .

has anyone got a strict regime for a week . nothing too fancy that i have to go and buy loads of new ingredients that then sit at the back of the cupboard until they expire.
today i am off but waiting for the rain to stop before i take the dog on a very long hike.

wish me luck for this week.

    12 .G.G : 15 stone 5.5 lb/32.5 lb/3 stone 5.5 lb (47.5lbs) / 2.5lb/Monday

Lost 2.5lbs but that still leave me 1/2lb over 2 weeks ago :rotfl:

In a strop as flight cancelled. Bloody French air traffic . Going on Sat for shorter break :(
