Another stayed the same week for me, but the day before weigh-in I went out for cake with my neighbour AND had a curry, so that's nothing short of a miracle! I'm eating amounts which would have me putting on at least 1lb a week, but thanks to all the extra exercise Merlin is providing me with (and that's without riding him!) I'm staying put, so if I can just eat a little less or find the energy to start running more than twice a week, I should have it cracked. Today I've shovelled one and a half big wheelbarrows of manure off the field and in a minute I'm off to weed the vegetable patch (fairly small job), weed the garden (MASSIVE job!) and then possibly go for a run if I have the strength left.

Hi guys n gals
New week tomorrow and a new diet for me...I am going to follow the curves diet, I am going there 3 times a week to exercise so thought I might as well try the diet too!! However it is very different from anything I've done before. The first week is just 1,200 calories per day:eek:I'm a BIG girl thats not a lot:eek:, then three weeks at 1,500 then moving onto two weeks at between 2,000 and 2,500, then it starts all over again - its all about keeping your matabolism on its toes and not letting it get complacent(sp)...however there is absolutly no space for alcohol:eek:
Tonight I have a couple of glasses of red to finish off..then thats it!! Oh titteroonies, how am I going to cope?????????????

Pleased to see I have actually lost 2lb since I signed up for this thread but please do correct me if I am wrong on the lb as I am used to working in kilo's
This is how it looks now

My plan is to go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and then play 18 holes of golf. Wine will have to be cut seriously down might try for 8 glasses a week but would rather cut it out totally and maybe have 1 or 2 at the weekend. Lager I can live without for now as I had so much in Denmark and it is so much nicer overthere.
Dietwise I am not sure if I shall follow a proper diet plan as I have never been on one before but cutting down on fat and eating more fruit and veg is a must. I have so much salad in my garden and lovely veg such as French beens lunch will have to be salad. Also try to cut down on coffee whilst on the road (skimmed if I have to have one) and definitely no cakes and crisps.
I also have a habit of eating junk after dinner in front of the telly in order to avoid having a glass of wine. It will have to be fruit, nuts or veg with humus if I need a snack from now on. Would also like to eat more ryebread can make it myself and just brought some back from Denmark so have had that as a late breakfast as nothing else in the house.
I look forward to catching up with everyone and thanks to TPA for keeping this thread going.Save £12k in 25 No 49

My weight has stayed the same at 10 st 10 this week which is better than putting it on, especially as I only went to the gym once last week. Have looked up a running programme and am hoping to get motivated to start that today. Hopefully I won't just add the weight. Can't remember who said about measurements but I might keep track of these just in case the weight doesn't go immediately, it might keep me on track.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
