I went shopping again this weekend... I headed to M&S for some new undies (that fit! :p) and I had a wander round the sales stuff. I tried on some PJ bottoms and... shock... horror...gasp... they are so close to fitting properly in size 22 that I bought them! (just a smidge too tight but they made me smile at the prettiness and were £7 in

    Well done you :T

In a few weeks they will be fitting you perfectly (and a few more weeks they will be falling down :rotfl:)

:rotfl: They have a drawstring from halfway round them so I'm hoping they'll last till it gets too cold to wear cropped PJ bottoms! :D

back from hols and pleased to say 3lb loss over past two weeks.

i did try to be not such a pig as i normally am .

i'm not much of a spirit drinker so find i am a bit limited on hols  but it obviously helped the diet .

on the down side i think we are about to increase our mortgage  (have seen a new house -more than we intended to pay ) but the budget for food may need to be cut dramatically for awhile.:rotfl:

It means I never have to buy Evans horrible unflattering PJs ever again! (Invariably baby pink (a colour that makes me look ill) as that is what 90% of the nightwear is in my local stores ) :j :j :j :j :rotfl:

Well done Taka, that's superb :T

Well done on the loss on holiday! :T

Good luck with the house buying! You could have a look at Cheap Family Recipes for some budget but very, very tasty food if you want! (Have a look at Weezl's thread in the "How much have you saved" bit of the MSE forum if you want to read some of the testing/tweeking/thoughts behind the site!) Just avoid the carrot cake unless you want 3 slices to disappear in close succession! :o :EasterBun It is waaaaaay too yummy for its own (or rather my own) good! :p :rotfl:

Been away for a bit - so just catching up. My total loss as of yesterday is now 50 llbs (since January) and I am 13.13 - Gosh I have not been in the 13 stone somethings for a longggggggg time!
Went shopping for an outfit for a wedding and it was great just going into standard shops and picking up a size 16 that went on fine. I know that my weight and size has still got a long way to go down yet - but I am beginning to see that having a normal BMI and a size 12 may just actually happen!!
