Couldn't weigh in this morning, so going to be a day late this week. Should be another loss though judging my my mid weekly check-in. Have my first wedding dress fitting tomorrow. Would be happy if I can hit 7lbs lost, as that would have me 1/3 of the way there in 1/4 of the time - so well on track. Although still another stone to loose in about 7 weeks - eek!
Gorgeous horse. I had to stop riding about 2 years ago when my knee started acting up, really looking forward to getting literally back on the horse.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Firstly minx he is gorgeous... i used to love riding when i was younger, unfortunately gave it up but would love to get back to it... expensive hobby tho as you are aware!!!!
Secondly ive lost again yay! hoped it would be more tho as i have been really good this week and eaten well and been to gym 3 times and been for a long bike ride, hopefully it'll pay off if i continue this week!0 -
Another 1.2lbs lost this week which means in 11 weeks I have lost a tiny smidge over 20% of the weight I have to loose!
:j
One of my friends gave me her old heart rate monitor a couple of days ago. Boy was that scary... I used it during my skating group lesson and practice. If it is in any way accurate it said I burned an insane number of calories (1434!) over 2 hours of skating. It was pretty intense exercise at times and I was sweating buckets for some of it (in a ls tshirt and joggers - no jumper) in a cold ice rink. That'll be why I feel a bit weak immediately after skating and am insanely hungry for ~24 hrs after getting off the ice then! :rotfl: Note to self eat more on skating days!
25. Taka: 21st 8lbs/2st 0.6lbs/10st 1lbs/-1.2lbs/Sunday
I had a mini sort out of some of my clothes at the weekend. Looks like I have slimmed straight past some of them! I could get my smallest skirt (tesco size 24) on and off easily without undoing the zip - that didn't even come close to zipping up 11 weeks ago!! No point keeping that one - it'd fall down!I am now in most of my size 24 trousers with room to sit and everything! My challenge for the next few weeks is to wear all my nicer stuff while it still fits me! If I go down another size I'll need to go shopping.
I seem to be a lot smaller size wise than I was the last time I was this weight. Is that to do with exercising regularly?Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Taka - you are doing so well and you have told us your start weight. Can't believe how well you are doing. Ice skating is quite energetic from what i remember in my teens. We used to go to a two tier skate rink, and it was hard work not falling and getting back up the hill.
Dinah is also doing well. I however am still playing and need to knuckle down. As soon as this bathroom is finished i am going on my exercise bike every night. In fact, i am going to stop making excuses and going to get on it tonight. No more messing and letting the side down. Weigh in on Wednesday again.0 -

:TOMG Taka, you must be so proud of yourself, I am sure the exercise makes a massive difference to your size without all the lovely weight loss, I am noticing a difference in my shape already now I have started exercising properly.
Well done on saying what you weighed orginally, it s rembering these things that will keep us all on the straight and narrow. I agree anut wearing the 'best' clothes before its too late, what a fabulous boost.
Cha, well done hunny, going in the right direction even with all the work in the house - that is truely amazing:T
Brodie:T:T:T you go girl! Well done
OMG I want that horse, unbelievably I used to ride from the age of 9 to 17 years and was actually quite good at it, I'm sure all that execise helped me keep to a reasonable size when I was teenager, nowerdays if I approached a horse it would take one look at my size and do a runner:rotfl:

3.5lbs off for me
According to wiifit this morning I am 'only' overweight instead of obese - the scales said 'oh' instead of 'too high':rotfl:
I have always suited wrapover dresses - have a lovely new Planet one (£89 down to £29) to wear in autumn (size 16) & have just bought a couple off ebay in size 14  . Gulp & eek
Well done Taka & all others. I can honestly say I could go iceskating & know I wouldn't fall over - I wouldn't let go of the side
