:TWell done everyone! :T
((((hugs)))) to Radish. If it has gone on so quickly it is probably not really fat - more that your water balance/hydration is all over the shop after loads of weiβbier and holiday food! I hope the weight leaves just as quickly!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Two pounds back on. Up and down like a yoyo. My copy of the Shred has arrived. I just need to find a bit of space in the living room and a time in the day where i can do it. Hard work once the kids have spread out with the toys.
On the plus side, there truly is no more junk in the house so i can't eat any. I am quite cross with myself.

Another lb lost :j:j:j I swear it's down to all the manure shovelling I'm doing twice a day!!
I was going to have Take That - Beautiful World as my 10st 2lb bribe, but not sure I want it now. If I can find Gabriella Cilmi's latest for under £4 I'm going to have that instead, I fancy running to On A Mission

Wondering why i bother. I purchased the shred DVD thinking it would be really good as so many people rave about it. I spent 10 minutes finding my sports bra, another 10 clearing a big enough space round all the kids toys to do it, and put it in the player, only the player is such a cheap bit of rubbish that the remote won't work even with new batteries - 5 minutes hunting for some of those in a suitable size. Phone call to hubby to check i am using the right remote. He suggests using the Wii to do it, only it isn't plugged in, so i pull out the huge cabinet containing telly/hifi/dvd/games system and what not and spend about 10 minutes working out where all the sodding cables go and manage to get the wii working. Then i put the disc in that and it won't recognise it.
So now i feel what is the sodding point. Why is nothing ever simple? It is only a 20 minute DVD and i have spent longer than that trying to get sorted. Well peeved off.
Rant over, going to get on the exercise bike as at least that doesn't make me so stressed about doing the exercise.
Thanks for listening - feel slightly better already although i think the purchase of a new DVD player might be required this weekend and the old one can go to the tip.0 -
Phew, that was a close shave! Here's hoping you can manage to put it off a bit longerA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

well i guess thats one way of looking at it. It was a workout anyway wriggling into the bra and then pulling around the furniture. :rotfl:
I'll never be any thinner at this rate. And i feel in such a bad mood that i can't get it to work. Technology.0 -

I went shopping again this weekend... I headed to M&S for some new undies (that fit!) and I had a wander round the sales stuff. I tried on some PJ bottoms and... shock... horror...gasp... they are so close to fitting properly in size 22 that I bought them! (just a smidge too tight but they made me smile at the prettiness and were £7 in the sale!) :j
It means I never have to buy Evans horrible unflattering PJs ever again! (Invariably baby pink (a colour that makes me look ill) as that is what 90% of the nightwear is in my local stores ) :j :j :j :j :rotfl:Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!
