Not weighing in officially this week as I got on the scales and they said 4lbs on! Now I know this is in no way possible, however my knee is the size of an elephants following surgery last week, so I'm going to put it down to fluid build up and not weighing in until it decreases in size somewhat!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I've been a bit quiet of late because I'm struggling quite a bit. I'm keeping on top of my eating, exercising, drinking plenty of fluids etc but I think I'm being held back by the fact that it's been TOTM for the last two and a half weeks!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

Morning everyone, I am not bothering to post this weeks figures as they are the same as last weeks. To be honest I just have not been motivated at all, I lost nearly 2 st 2 years ago , eating much smaller amounts, but I can't get started at all this time.
So, I have decided to go on slim fast for a few days, just to get started, today is the first day, so We'll see if it makes any difference.
well done to all those who have lost this week, ( and those trying hard who have'nt lost!)MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -

I watched a program last night on BB3 called Big meets Bigger
They took 2 overweight English girls and sent them to Mississippi to live with an obese family for a week to see how they struggled with everday tasks
They visited hospitals to look at what being obese does to your body and all the health implications, a real eye opener
1 girl after coming back changed the way she ate and started to run and lost over a stone in 8 weeks
The other girl had only lost a few pounds since being back home
