    I was going on the trampoline with the kids, but i need to find something else at the minute as my hayfever means i can't breathe if i do that now.

    Excuses excuses :rotfl:
    So i am stuck with the exercise bike, and even that is dodgy. I managed to hit DS1 in the head with my knee when he got it in the way. I was so mean. I didn't even stop and said oh well, mummy needs to do her cycling and you shouldn't be in the way.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I'll have to keep thinking. Trouble is i can't even get up earlier than them as they wake between 6 and 7, and are in that light sleep phase where they wake if we get up earlier than that.

    Em bedroom gymastics? ;)

    Gained a pound this week, but I have raging PMT and the neighbours bought me two boxes of Ferrero Rocher as a thank you for horse, dog, cat and sheep-sitting - given the combination of the two I'm surprised it wasn't more!!

    Still, I spent two hours rolling sheep fleeces up while the neighbours had the shearers in last night and I'm going for a run today. I'll get there, it'll just take a little longer than I'd hoped, that's all :p

    Taka Thanks for the link to foodfocus on the first page. I may be obsessing when I put the info in but after my exercise today and all my food, we have just had a take away for dinner, I still have around 400 calories to eat. I am busy at the weekend and won't be able to exercise much but I am stock piling the spare ones for then. I love checking back and it telling me that I can still eat more. I LOVE this site :D
    There is another one called myfitnesspal which is quite good too. I've now switched to using that one. It seems to have more UK foods I eat in the food databases (despite being a US site). It has an iphone ap for it too if you have an iphone! (I wish :p)

    Morning everyone, checking in with my weight GAIN figure for the week!

    Newgirly/11st 11lb/ 1lb/ 1st 4lb/ 0/ Friday.

    Have put on 1/2 lb this week back to 11 st 10lb. I actually managed to get up to 11st 13 last Monday, which shocked me so much I have been much better this week , and managed to get back down to nearly what I was last week.

    So am going to try really hard from now on , it helps that its hot at the moment, I don't tend to feel so hungry, only problem is resisting that nice cold glass of white wine or two in the evening!

    Hope everyone has a great weekend.

    Another week - another pound gone!! I've got a push on this week that will hopefully generate a further bit of downward movement on the scales!! Just the 3lbs to go now!

    Cheers,

    I haven't lost any weight. I am very happy with that as I haven't been able to exercise since Thursday due to being away with work. We had to get most of our meals in restaurants too so had no great control over what I was eating. I am away again this Friday until the Tuesday so next week will be a late weigh in for me but I should have more time to exercise when I am away.
