Just a quick update, haven't been doing to well the usual yo-yo weight thing.

However the two weddings next year are getting closer every week, so must try and do this sensibly, back to lowfat foods and portion control think is the way for me to go. As I have several stones to go it will have to be an eating regime that I will stick to for a very long time, here's hopeing!!!

Yeah well, decided it's totally unrealistic. My own original target was end of year. But will still give it a go :) Onwards & downwards peeps :)

Might not be able to weigh in this week my lovelies. Little excuse. DH packed away the remnants in the bathroom when he started demolishing it, and i don't know where he put the scales, amongst many other things. With the bathroom and the holiday i don't know whether i am coming or going this week, so i will not weigh in till after the holiday and start again i think.

Some hugely inspiring results here though, well done everyone.
  • I'll be changing my WI day to Fridays, as I'm also on the DFW weight loss thread and they have a set weigh in day. However, for now you can change my post to Clearing_out_my_pockets : 11s 2lb/0lb/2 s 2b/ +2lb/Friday

Yes, that's right - I've gained this week. Not all that surprising though, as it was my birthday yesterday, so the weekend was full of birthday meals and cake. Back on the wagon now though!

    Hi everyone,

Just checking in to say after gaining a pound last week, I haven't managed to shift it agian and have stayed tehe same so my current position is:

    Baby Steps: 10 stone 5 lb/3lb/1 stone 0 lb/0lb/ Wednesday

I think this may have been because of two things, on Friday night ended up going out to watch the football after work - having a few to many drinks missing dinner and then enjoying some cheesy chips on the way home (hangs head in shame).

As well as this a family BBQ for fathers day (which I didn't do to badly at) but then it was also a friends birthday so also went out to dinner in the evening. So ate two large meals!!

I go on holiday in two weeks and really want to be below ten stone by then!!

Finally off the starting blocks! Was 13st 8lb last week - now 13st 7lb - so a wee loss of 1lb :) CAn my target be amended to 1st 8lb, please - it brings it to a nice (not so round!) 12st ;) (and then I can think about the next stone......eek!)

    greent x

ETA: having finally caught up on the thread I now know that I should have done this:
    greent : 13st 8lb/1lb/1st 8lb/ 1lb/Wednesday
    :D

And a big well done to how well you've been doing in the last 4 weeks whilst I've been ignoring this thread ;) (oops)
