Another bad week for me! NO weight lost at all, I don't seem to have the motivation at the moment,I think it would be easier if the weather was really hot, I don't feel as hungry then.:)MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0

Weigh-in day and I've lost zilch, still 10st 2lbs. I'm counting that as an achievement, because my self-sabotage mechanism kicked in and this week I've eaten nearly a whole tub of Ben & Jerry's, had steak pie and chips from the chip shop in town, munched through a 5-pack of Tesco bakery double chocolate chip cookies (straight after the chips!!!) and eaten a quarter of a fudge cake.
Next week has got to be better!!
TPA, don't know if you saw my weigh in last week, but my line on the chart should now read:

Superstrict seems to be working! I can finally report a 1.2lb loss, bringing me to 138.8lbs. Miserable as a rice cake and slice of ham is for breakfast, I'm consoling myself with how good I'll look in my wedding dress.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Going to be tough on my self this week, no more snacking and I must exercise!! In my defense I found and actually went to an adult gymnastic class last Friday but it was all locked up! Not sure why, I have emailed them and hopefully will go this Friday - fingers crossed!

Good to have you back TPA :j, will update tomorrow after weigh in :eek:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
