Em, either TMI or bad luck on not losing any weight
Fortunately, the latter. Although if it had been the former, then that would have explained the lack of weight loss!
Anyway, OH isn't home until 8.30 tonight which means I can have an hour and a half on the wii fit. Tomorrow I'll either go to the gym or for a run, then Thursday I'm at Salsa. afternoon ladies... come on for a bit of a moan...
as promised i went to the class at the gym.
It was awful ... but obviously what i needed tho, she was very shouty and i was hiding at the back and when i stopped she highlighted it lol...
Yesterday i ached a bit, but this morning i couldnt move and have limped around work all day and had to pull myself up off toilet because my thighs hurt so much.
As they say 'no pain no gain' (stil deciding whether i'll go back next week)0
