Weigh in day today... another 2.25lbs lost! :D

I'm starting to notice changes now! :j My labcoat at work is fitting a whole lot better and I now fit into my jeans a size down from those I've been wearing! (Actually, I tried some on 2 sizes smaller and I could do them up... just not sure I can risk sitting down in them yet. :rotfl:) I've gone down a belt notch too! :D

Just a quick post form me finally I have lost a bit now 13.7 thats 4lb I think. Will read up properly when I get back from work. Find it easier to work in kilo but that would'nt really work on here would it.

Still no movement here whatsoever! Its really bugging me, I'm still exactly 140lbs. I'm starting to think I've forced my body into a kind of starvation mode from being on a diet so long. Never mind, in about 4 weeks I should be able to start some form of exercise again.

    weigh in today . 1lb loss. :) .

was away at the weekend but i did refrain from the big fry up breakfast :A (only cause it gives me terrible heartburn - lol ).

anyway now on a countdown to the summer holidays. no chance of bikini on the beach but fitting in the plane seat would be quite nice.

calorie counting this week so see how it goes next monday .

    well done everyone.

Well done - I did the same - it was a choice between doing them up & breathing - I chose breathing :rotfl:.

Another 3lbs off today please TPA (telling the truth this time :D), that's 6lbs in 2 weeks. Got my stone & a half & 10% certificates & was ridiculously pleased :o. Also got a free recipe book as I signed up for 12 weeks a few weeks ago. Phwoooaarrrr, food !!!!!! & most of it free :j.

Well done everyone :T, and to those who didn't lose, well it will start eventually & it's better than gaining :)

    Morning all,

Afraid I chickened out of weighing myself yesterday after yet another not so great weekend. Didn't want to lose heart by approaching the 23.5 BMI mark. The Wii Fit this morning put me at 23.14 which is dead on 12 stones so halfway there and now less than 30 days to lose the remaining 4lbs before hitting the Vegas sun.

    Cheers so,

    Billy

Yes I do QB & to my amazement I enjoy it & find it motivates me. Well worth the money for me anyway.

Em, either TMI or bad luck on not losing any weight :D
