I was going from the 5x faster consumer to the business x10 with included website hosting etc. However, I've been told it will be end of January, then end of Feb, and now today .....we don't know when The Tiscali guy even said terminate your consumer x5 and take a months free trial with dialup and that will allow them to get into the exchange and tranfer it from consumer to business.

Question! Is it possible that Tiscali is not being entirely honest with its customers, in that they jumped too quickly with their business package and got the pricing wrong?
