Nigewick, it is the uw prepay card that has risks. (As pointed out by uw at the top of their ts + cs for the card!)

Thus any money you prepay on the card (and pay a charge to do so) to spend at sainsburys in order to get "cashback" to go towards paying expensive uw utilities is at risk.
As you do not need to put any money on the babee card in order to get their discounts, then please tell us where is the risk? Or is this just more propaganda from uw (similar to the dissing they do to comparison sites for gas and electricity?)
