As he was on an Eon fixed deal until July I can only imagine he was allegedly given this 'hidden tariff' for sticking with them. Then we are into the realms of which tariff that no longer exists (lol) has he allegedly been placed on to try and get his alleged savings in the post above to tie up.
I seem to remember his actual consumption was something like 42,500 gas and 7,500 electric? If so, it would appear he has allegedly been placed on the long defunct Save Online 2 Tariff. It's all raher curious, though, isn't it? Did he just make an error in the '£900 cheaper than UW' post given that I have shown for those figures to be correct and even being on the cheapest tariff currently available his consumption would have to be 70,000 gas and 10,000 electric? Then we get the mysterious thread he posted just 44 minutes after his now famous £900 cheaper than UW' post. I don't suppose we will ever get to know, lol.

I'm used to reading between Cardew's lines!0

Cardew sounds like an international drug smuggler judging by some of his recent posts! lolMissing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0

I fly quite a lot and there are websites dedicated to finding computer glitches in the on-line booking systems giving stupidly low prices for obscure flights between destinations. The famous example was a full fare flexible first class return ticket with Alitalia between Canada and Cyprus for about US$100. Being a flexible ticket you could break your journey in Rome!
No mention of Amsterdam or Columbia but he could just be covering his tracks..Interfering with your electricity supply before the meter is very useful if you want to grow lots of those nice green plants that give off a pungent smell and policemen find interesting!
and when questioned...Nah, prefer to grow poppies and cocoa plants - they look prettier
Cocoa plants must require some heat and hydroponic lamps must use a hell of a lot of electric...Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -
using energyhelpline these are the UW prices from literally 5 mins ago - called EDF and put my latest energy figures into the comparrison:
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
my energy use is overlayed on ther right - high electric and low gas (have lots of kids with electric items) , seeboard area.
edit:
awesome sized picture _ elec is 5200 per year (last 12 months) and gas is 8200 same period0 -

It's a fair cop Guvnor, you ave me bang to rights!0 -
He would make The Thin Blue Line's Detective Inspector Grim seem like Sherlock Holmes!
Even Inspector Clousseau would have no problem seeing through your little ruse; I claim no real credit for seeing something that is so glaryingly obvious. Nobody had quoted your post, you could have just discreetly altered it no problem and saved yourself all the hassle.
PS Let's assume for a nano second that your '£900 savings' claim is genuine. That would just leave us with the charge that you so often level at pro-UW posters - that they deliberately mislead. Pot calling the kettle black by any chance?0 -

I really don't understand what point you are making?
I am stating unequivocally that my tariff is over £900 cheaper than it would be with UW.0
