We would be very grateful if anyone has a Samsung or other mobile phone with a sliding front with a camera....preferably for an Orange simcard although we could get one unlocked.
My husband has broken his and needs one for work
Does he really need a slide phone with a camera for work??0 -
Hello all,
Big ask, but has anyone got a conservatory that they need rid of?
if so can i have it please:)

- apart from a car and caravan this has got to be one of the biggest asks of seen - I suppose people do throw them out though !As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question !0 -
Our Freecycle is having problems at the moment with the digest, lots of multiple posts etc., and difficulty accessing the site. I finally managed to get on, and started to read the posts. The following made me goggle/giggle. Don't people realise these things are worth money, and not many people would be prepared to give them away. I'm not sure about the bottom one, base as in bed, or base as in double bass musical instrument?
citroen2cv must be road worthy dont mind some work needs doing
6berth caravan no damp dont mind some work need doing noleaks
[FONT="]looking for a double base in good cond and that can deliver a i can not drive
Not one of these said please or thanks!

Yesterday i offered some girls bedding with matching curtains (My girls have 3 duvet covers each already and i think that's sufficient and was given these)....Got this reply -
'My daughter had another dreaded toilet accident in the night last night, so I'd LOVE to collect this for her room. I had to throw ALL of her bedding, (including the quilt!). I'd also be interested in the shelves you have advertised and anything else suitable for a 6 year old girls room.
Can collect whenever you like,
A***** 07810 ******
I also received a seperate email from this person asking for some shelves i had offered.
I did not reply to her as
1- why throw bedding out...most of us have washing machines. How very eco friendly? lol
2 - Please/thanks?
3 - if i had 'anything else' i would OFFER it on the board - i find that cheeky
4 - I never ask for phone numbers, why should i run up a bill calling people's mobiles to GIVE stuff away.
5 - There is NO need for the sob story, i asked for people to state when they could collect...
Later the same day (this person already applied for some shelves and bedding) I offered a mattress on behalf of my mum and stated it was barely used and from spare room)
I got this rather harsh message from same woman who wanted the bedding.
I can get this as soon as you like. My daughter had an accident last night (I'd previously text you about the bedding and curtains aswell). This would go to a very good cause as it is actually NEEDED for a child, not just going on a spare bed!
Really hope we're in luck,
A*** 07810 ******
I did reply at this point....saying
It is ACTUALLY going to be offered to someone who said please!!
Hopefully she has learned now, not the right way to be offered stuff! If google doesn't know it, how should i?0 -
They are out in numbers on our group!
Last night i offered a pushchair....was given to me when my buggy broke but it's a 3 wheeler and a little cumbersome for using with my buggyboard...received this response
'hiya my names rachel if not already gone am in need of a pram for my son Mckenzie 19 mths old have got 1 but bit clapped out if offered to me can email me on **********@hotmail.co.uk dad put me on to this sight on his email to reply cos dont have my own pc yet but have my own email many thanks rachel
I was planning to respond to her today, with an offer as most of the other emails were more like 'ill av it give ur address' sort of responses....anyway this morning i got this email....
'sorry sent you wrong email last night its ******@hotmail.co.uk if not selected to have the pram hope you gave to sum 1 who really needs it my dads gonna get me 1 for christmas so ok thanks rachel'
Am i being fussy or is she really rather cocky in that second email? It's not really about who is most worthy at the end of the day is it? I searched her email address (i know weirdo stalker me ) on Facebook and she is married with 2 kiddies....not a teenage mum living with dad she made out to be! I also offered a basic buggy the other night...not one person wanted that one though?!If google doesn't know it, how should i?0 -
