I use my indicators only when it might benefit other road users. Its just a flashing light, you should always bear in mind that the driver of the vehicle indicating may have forgotten to cancel the signal.0

I agree with one of the earlier posters in that large expensve cars done seem to indicate.... I think that they didnt order the indicator pack at poinit of order.... also older people who still insist on indicating right on entering a roundabout when they are going forwards (I know that this used to be taught...). Also on the way home last night (A46 twix Nottingham and newark) noted 3 yes 3 very expensive cars (X5, RS8 etc) with drivers holding mobiles to their ears, surely these cars have hands free kits at this price??
My BIL is a policeman in Brighton and he loves pulling big flash cars for this, his first comments usually are 'nice car, is it yours? yes? well if yuo can affoerd this then surely you can afford a hands free kit? POINTS!!'Just because its on the internet don't believe it 100%'. Abraham Lincoln.

I think I was behind the same woman the other day, the slowing right down without warning and then indicating when your right on the turning winds me up. Some people must think my ba[[s are crystal instead of hairy0 -

twice on the way home yesterday i saw cars in front pull into a different lane without indicating and narrowly missing hitting into a car - this was on both the motorway and duel carridgeway
also the same morning someone in front of me on a duel carridgeway indicated for about 1 second and then braked and turned sharply into a petrol station but they were sticking out into the road as the petrol station was busy so i had to very quickly swerve a bit as it was a 40mph road and the car behind almost went into the back of me... i hate when people make snap decisions like that and dont give any warning...
yeh at roundabouts its pretty bad too - my instructor taught me to look at the direction of the cars wheels at roundabouts - as the car will obviously follow what way the wheels are turning even if not indicating - its good advice actually0 -

..even worse are those that sit at a junction while the traffic lights are red,let a queue of traffic build up behind them, move off whan the light goes green & then indicate!!
A perfect description of what my F in Law has done for years, but he actually does indicate before moving off, only after the green light though!:mad:0
