Kleeneeze or Betterware?

But that's what bugs me most of all - the Kleeneze dream stating that working from home means you spend more time with your kids and don't miss anything. You have proved that this isn't right and I am finding it out for myself.
My personal experience with Kleeneze was similar to Jennys, i joined because i had a 3 yr old and two school age kids and thought an extra few £££s a week would be useful but i got caught up very quickly in the hype partly due to my sponsor putting someone in my team as i was doing well with the brochures and sales. I have learnt that you MUST take it at your own speed, i lost a few years of my kids growing up and nearly my marriage because i was too busy, too tired....not what i joined for at all!!! In the end i realised my kids were growing up and i could never get that time back again so quit.
Its about balance and that can be very hard to achieve and even now i can spot when things are out of balance and have to stop and readjust, focus and put my priorities in order. I try to do something each day to move my Business forward but also timetable family time, other commitments and some chill out time. My sponsors were great but looking back they supported if you were going at their pace and if you weren't they worked with someone who was, that is also a balance but i believe that its important to find out what people want from their Business and support them accordingly even if its just retailing they want to do, after all retail is what makes the business tick and is the lifeblood of the Business and help them decide how much time they have and need to commit to the Business. We love what we are doing and we love why we're doing it!!0 -
I was reading elsewhere that Kleeneze are struggling to retain distributors.
This what latest accounts say about them.
"KleenezeSales in Kleeneze, our direct selling brand, were £62.0m for the period to 2 April 2010 (2009: £65.1m).
Benchmark* operating profit for the period was £6.3m (2009: £6.1m) as a result of careful cost and margin
management.
During the past year Kleeneze distributor numbers have stabilised, following several years of annual decline.
The key strategic requirement for Kleeneze remains to increase the number of distributors and the success
of recent direct TV campaigns provides appropriate support for the belief that this will be achieved in the
future.0 -

Correct figures & in the long run I KNOW that these figures will continue to decline
The recent TV adverts have not proved productive & they are simply there to keep all the HYPE going
Sooner rather than later Kleeneze will fall by the wayside. I feel very sorry to all those who think thay are to be financially free from Kleeneze, its never going to happen. This is typicall MLM or NWM HYPE. The ones at the top are getting RICH.
There is a big differnece between gross & net profits & that's what Kleenzee agents do not understand
Betterware however have shown double digit sales growth in 2008 & 2009. This year they are about 9% above the previous 2 years.
The other good news for the company is that Andrew Cohen is back @ the helm taking a majority shareholding
I'd fully expect this company to go from Strenghth to Strenghth
Hope this helps???

Sounds like your a Betterware distributor Honest Jon, slagging off the opposition?0 -

I don't want to get into a slanging match on here but as a Kleeneze distributor for 8 years now I have hundreds of customers who have been ordering off me throughout the 8 years. Some almost every time I go around, some only once or twice every 6 months they are all happy but if they are not I give them a full refund or sort their problem out for them.
Someone else, not sure if it was you geordie joe, said most orders come from distributors who have been in less than 12 months, I would say it's the other way round most orders come from well established distributors.0 -

You say that, but your profile contains your web site, which is a Kleeneze site. It is obvious you are only saying that to attract new [STRIKE]victims[/STRIKE] distributors.
I also notice your web site doesn't actually mention the name of the company, are you ashamed of it?
Oh, nice picture of the cheque too!0 -

I have my copies of the customers orders going back numerous years to prove it if I ever needed to do, but I have no need to prove it to you, you wouldn't believe me even if I did prove it.
As I say I'm not getting into a slanging match with you that's what happened on a previous Kleeneze thread on here and life's to short.0 -

Very typical reply I'd expect
I think your missing the point so I'll help you out. There's a big difference between 'slagging off' & writing something down factual
I think you'll find my reply is fact.
For your information, I'm nothing to do with either company, I have contacts in the Direct Sales World & was a guest at a recent DSA training day
I was interested in a lot of companies there. I was sat on a table with the CEO of Kleeneze & a Sales Executive from Betterware. FACT from the horses mouth was Kleeneze is going backwards & Betterware isn't
Does that help???

Fair enough John that is your opinion, I would agree that I am not sure the tv adverts are getting anyone to join Kleeneze as a distributor but they are getting existing distributors new customers, I have personally had 4 or 5 new customers requesting a catalogue due to the tv advert, now work that out across the 10,000+ distributors and it means a lot of new business.
Didn't I read somewhere that Betterware have copied Kleeneze and expanded into Poland now?
""KleenezeSales in Kleeneze, our direct selling brand, were £62.0m for the period to 2 April 2010 (2009: £65.1m).

They would not be able to put this statement in their accounts if they didn't have a very good idea it would happen, plus given the way Findel have dumped most of the other companies they bought at the same time as us must mean we are doing something right.

Oh another Kleeneze rep, arent you fed up of this MLM scam yet any more victims you got signed up?
As for customers dont make me laugh I dont know one single person who ever buys from Kleeneze and I have asked many but I do know there reps dont last long because they ben lied to by Kleeneze rep how much money they can make
Still your catalogues make nice fuel for my burnerI have my copies of the customers orders going back numerous years to prove it if I ever needed to do, but I have no need to prove it to you, you wouldn't believe me even if I did prove it.
