I can feel a very tough decision coming on.
I can not continue the way things are right now - I need to be earning a lot more money than we are to sustain where we are at - based on booked in work for June I will have the slowest month in 18 months I have ever had. However I usually pick up various website design jobs to make up the income - but that is not guaranteed.
What makes it worse is based upon what I was taking we are already on the breadline and are basically propping ourselves up whilst we get out of our debts.
There are no jobs I can afford to take with travel costs which will pay me what I need to satisfy the vultures, and I cant get a job in the local supermarket as they say I am overqualified!
Basically I dont have a clue what next - unless I can pick up a couple reasonable sized website development jobs I can see me just sitting back and wait on the bailliffs£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

NLID what about a local press release about your business?

Well, what a mess. The electoral system needs a serious overhaul if a party loses the popular vote but can still cling to power if it does a deal with another party. After the mess he's made of the economy, I cannot believe that anyone voted to keep Brown in.
hhh, you should change GP if yours is so unsupportive. Can you contact a psychiatrist directly, or do they insist on a GP referral? There may be free or low-cost counselling in your area, ask around. If you are ready to deal with your issues, then push and keep pushing until somebody listens.0 -
I used to work in a supermarket as my second job.
I have a degree and extensive business qualifications and more.
When I applied, I simply put in my personal statement that I needed additional income and that I needed part time work in a completely different environment from my main job and would happily walk round collecting trolleys from the car park if that's what they needed.
Within a couple of weeks I was shelf stacker. Had to give it up when I found I had the clots in my brain and was bad for months.
If it's purely money you need to stay afloat, why not try something away from your main skills, you say you can tinker with cars and you like to, try for weekend work in a garage. or bar work.
If you still think that being over qualified is restricting job opportunities try having two c.v's one with and the other without your qualifications on.
I don't know the ins and outs of your situation but just hoping to throw some options your way.Would like to: Retire at 54. 19yrs .Clear mortgage by 50. 16yrs. Thanks cagne.
I am going to see what ideas I can come up with - I am a fighter and refuse to give up despite the fact I feel like just going back to bed for a week or two.
I need to get this business back to how it was last year before losing the first client to bankruptcy (Totally destroyed our cashflow), things were going great and we had a large amount to pay off debts. As it stands we barely have money to eat if we pay the bills.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

M&P - I'm still here...flitting between here , the tv and FB!
Night Munchki.....
I think we can look forward to a legal challenge with the polling stations closing, people not voting, polling station running out of ballot papers....
I agree 100%. Regardless who you voted for or who you wanted to govern this country i strongly feel that this election has been handled against the people because people were turned away, although they were there before 10.00 because the councils did not plan it correctly, not enough slips to vote on, missing/lost or fraudluent postal votes, i belive at least 2 councils did not vote due to deaths/ other issues etc etc ... Many recounts, some were close. This system is flawed and i am concerned that many people were not represented correctly
whats wrong with one person one vote, not who won the local election?
I wonder if it was fixed. What do you think?0 -

Quick question, can you cancel a credit card by phone or does it need to be in writing?0 -
