Hi everyone, not been around for a while, hope you are all well.

Jo - great to hear about your job, hope it goes really well. And it sounds as though the ducks are going to be living in a palace!!

Nixi - ooh that is terrible about them forcing you out of your job. Why do people think they have the right to act like that! Makes my blood boil! The blog seems to be going well, it looks really professional.

Skint - a competition around your cakes sounds brilliant. Was it you ages ago that was thinking of doing cake making lessons? Wish you lived nearer to me!

Paula - hope you are well. I know every parent must worry about whether they are making the right decisions or not, but you sound like excellent parents to me and I'm sure your kids will look back on their childhood and have nothing but happy memories.

Saucy - I can't believe you're off to Spain so soon, that has come round so fast!

Mambury - it must be awful to work for a company that makes random, unsettling decisions like that without consulting you, think it is definitely time for your hubby to move on if he has that choice.

Hi Mabel, Amber and welcome Kerri :T

ETA - dammit, took me so long to write that you started a new thread while I was doing it, lol!!!!

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.
  • Just read back and seen Saucy's posts about the puppy ... my thoughts are, how much do you trust the vet's opinion? You could always try taking him to another, but if there is no doubt about the seriousness of his condition I wonder if it would be kinder to let him go ... It would be a horrible decision, I know, it's one my ex had to take about our cat and it was awful for him.

Don't forget that I'm usually around on msn, and you must be able to recover your password for the Ville ... the kitties send a big furry cuddle.
  • Joey, have you posted both yours and Hales' links on the new thread?

    Hi Amber

No, Hales does the monthly commitments, and I don't think we have any at the moment.

  • Ah well, looks like we'll have a shiny new home ready when everyone wakes up then.
