Oh Saucy, I'm new to this board but just wanted to pass on a newbie's hugs. I can't imagine how hearbreaking the situation with pup must be for you. Animals bless our lives, sometimes for years and sometimes for a short time but however long they always leave paw prints on our hearts. You are blessed with the time you have had to spend with pup and he has been blessed to share his time with you.

  • I just wanted to apologize for killing the thread...

Puppy had a good night last night, he slept well and is much more himself today. It's easy to get false hope but I think I've come to terms with what will happen and I'm trying to enjoy the time we have left. Thank you for all the well wishes, it meant a lot just to know that people care.

    Thank you all x

dilemma have the chance of a stall at a wedding fair but costs £380, eeeeeeeeh lot of money, dont know whether to or not and o/h not much use he just sees the £380 but not what might come out of it, and the organiser says there is no one from this side of the county doing cakes and the ones that are there are a lot more expensive, although its well represented in other areas, wouldnt even be the cost of two cakes ooooooh dont know?????????

also going to phone about a farmers market tonight - have emailed a few times but keeps bouncing back, scarey aswell but my sis and neice said they would help.

way to get a cake ready for pick up- catch you all later if there's anybody here

edit- woohoo Nixi, have managed to enter

hey Skint - working fine for me.....still getting entries in, could you try again? Did you get my pm, and see my earlier response to you?

Personally I have never had much luck at wedding fairs (have done 2) - think about how else you could use that money for promotion, thats an awful lot. could you do a competition with your local paper for a chance to win an wedding or occasion cake? or does any local charity have an event coming up you could offer to do a cake for...and from that generate publicity?

    xx
