Thanks all always tried to be a positive and upbeat person. with all the !!!!!! i been through thats what annoys me is people who use stuff as an excuse and it annoys me that i cannot give up smoking i know the 2 arent related but if my mind can switch off for a decade why can i give it up? lol
I can recommend a book that stoped me smoking, been a smoker since age14 stopped last year age 44, didnt think I could ever do it but it was easy with the book, its called easy way to stop smoking by allan carr, I had to read it twice but halfway through second reading I just stopped and have not thought of smoking again, even when I have had dramas and crisis to deal with
What you have been through is terrible, you have done amazing to get where you are now with a lovely family, I am having councilling atm through my doctor, luckily i have a lovely lady this time but did have a bad counciller that made me feel worse,Its worth doing but can be hard going as well, as you relive very upsetting times and emotions, it has helped me think clearer about things and how I react to them
Good luck and I hope you get the help you need

Even - you could contact head office - you might get more........ local store would prob just offer refund and/or replacement! and you deserve much more than that!

Right, I am giving up......off to bed, going to try and get back up soon though to see some more coverage!
