Yeah when I try to remove the 023 service it comes up as removed, but when I do another HJT, it shows it still there?
Regarding the MDM.exe I ticked the two boxes that you said in IE - will I go into Program Files and delete the folder from there?

then note the commit figures. if it is still over 200Meg, go into the process tab, order it into memory usage order by clicking the column headers, and post the top 10 memory hoggers!!
