For now, I'd just send off the Grievance (like the one I suggested in post#18).

When they respond to the Grievance, or if you receive any more voicemails/texts etc. pop back here if you need further advice.

In the meantime try to leave worrying about it to one side and take care of yourself.

If you have been to the Dr and been signed off work for sickness or stress, stay off work.

Don't feel guilty or anything, do as the Dr has advised.

I had problems with my job in a previous life with the DWP. I followed the grievance procedure but they didnt. Stick to the time frames set down by their policy. Once they default, you can prove to an employment tribunal that you tried everything in your power to try and resolve the issue. Thats what I did, dont be scared, take them to an ET. Dont worry about not going back to the same branch, you havent anything to prove, see what other job they can offer you but follow the grievance thro. It takes alot of energy but it will give you strength. It is appalling what they have done and yes you are being bullied 100% - take care :)

something similar has just happened to me, I've been off work for 3 months with work related anxiety depression. 2 weeks ago I received a letter telling me I had been sacked, 1 week ago I found another job............same old story, not enough staff, no managerial support.....

funnily enough I feel as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders as my gp had said that after another month then I would be fit to go back to work, the thought of going back to my old job was killing me.........the thought of starting a new job is very exciting instead!!!!

It sounds like they know it's a sinking ship and they're trying to push the blame off themselves and on to you. What a thorougly nasty bunch. Be strong; you know they're in the wrong and it's not you.

don't worry about it........the only thing you have to bother about is Your health and your babys health, sod the rest of it.............I know this is easier said than done, honestly though there your health is more important, it's just a job.......my husband was made redundant 2 years ago and the job he found was with financial services and he is on "performance management" and thinks he will be "managed out" in the next month or so, all because no training was given to do the job he was employed for, I had worked for my employers for 19 years and so assumed that it was relatively safe!!!!!!!!!!! honestly though I have made more progress in 2 weeks according to my friends, family and doctor than I had in 3 months, life is suddenly looking so, so much better....

At the moment you need to think about your mental health and the well-being of your unborn baby. It's just a job and when you are thinking straight you will see that they do not deserve you. I am not an expert in employment law but I have been in a similar situation ( not PG but bullying manager) you may have a case for constructive dismissal if it comes to it. If your GP will give you an ongoing sick note until your Mat leave starts you have a breathing space to relax from the pressure. Take your mat leave have a break..

Once you get to the end of your Mat leave you can decide if you want the stress of returning to that workplace, financial services is a dog eat dog world maybe you need to think about a change of career.

Take care of your self and take some advice from an employment lawyer.
