that would be helpful.. thanks

and by the way, i took a contract for N900 2 months ago, and my previous data usage was 760mb.. I wrote a letter yesterday but did not post it yet,. Just waiting to get some more data..

i mentioned clause (d) in the letter but did not emphasize on it.
lets keep it going..:beer:

I emailed the UK CEO, he was rather helpful last time I had issues... I politely and clearly presented the arguments about the various notices and T&Cs and have asked him to either put a buffer in place so that "straying" a bit (unitentionally) is not penalised or release me from my contract with no penalties

Don't know if anybody has tried already but if you Google "Free Legal Advice" 100s of sites come up. Might be worth e-mailing a few.

I know it's a long shot too, but I am going to hopefully speak to T-Mobile, who my partner is with, and see if they have any recommendations - if I say I would join them if they would help me get out of my contract with VF then they might have some inside knowledge (or tricks!) - maybe not though, but it's worth asking - shy bairns get nowt.
