...which is?
Posted the details on the eForum yesterday but basically, amount (£40/month) and contract term (23 May 2011) remain unchanged, 1200 minutes, 1000 minutes to landlines, unlimited (3000) texts, 1GB data, 5MB/day data roaming in Europe.
Edit: so yeah, it's a compromise as I've lost part of my call to landlines (better than losing them all, which is what I was first told I had to do) but now at least I know exactly where I stand. Will make sure that I do make the most of every single bit of my allowances, though I'll stuggle a bit with the texts lol. The most important thing though, is that it works for meNow free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -
So it does seem Yolina that they've compromised a little. Where you had unlimited landlines and now have 1000minutes - what was the first offer. None and they would have just come out of the 1200 inclusive?0

Yes they've compromised a little and this made it work for me. You are correct, first they were adamant that the only option was to lose all of my landline minutes so any calls to landlines would have had to come out of the 1200 inclusive... considering that last month I used around 1000 of my 1200 minutes and probably around 800 of the landlines, there's no way I was going to agree to that. I don't mind "swapping" the remaining of the landlines for the 5MB/day roaming data, it will actually be more useful to me.Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -

Funny thing is that i was told by Tom that they were lower down the pecking order than the webteam. Though it was only on the phone so who knows what that's worth (the paper it's printed on

Lol well I'll see... going to be brave (or stupid!) and assume that it's finally sorted and that it's going to be plain sailing until the end of my contract (won't be renewing with them though, no chance whatsoever). Having said that, I *do* have Guy Laurence's direct office number, it was on an email signature the first time I had to contact him (when I was trying to join, somehow they "lost" my pac and weren't too helpful trying to sort out my number porting...)Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0

I did that after many assurances about my bill amount being corrected - and it wasn't (bangs head against wall).
Since then frankly Vodafone seem like they are pretending nothing happened. Utterly lost faith0 -
yeah, that's what I am slightly worried about... though I don't mind making a trip to Newbury if I have to lolNow free from the incompetence of vodafail0
