gsmmad, the reason i ask is because on the pru site, it states that canary riverside club is excluded, but that is probably the most feasible for me.

Does anybody know if the deadline of 30th Nov is for the application? The reason I ask is that I have just filled out all the online application forms and now they say they have recieved my application and are processing it - I will recieve something through the post soon. I would hate for that to be after the 30th and not qualify!

Does anybody know if I can upgrade my membership to use other clubs on a month by month basis? I'm moving shortly so it would make things easier if I could use their other clubs for a few months.

halil i allways assumed it was any holmes place however if u want to carry on after the 6 months you would be excluded from certain gym's such as bank ...

Again its best to get in touch with pru healt...

Cropstar i advice you to get in touch with pru health as well, to the best of my knowlage its only to one gym and it cannot be changed from that one gym you choose.

ive just tried to do an online quote and called into the call centre to ask them something...the guy on the phone said that this offer can only be taken up on the phone now! i wanted to get my cashback but obviously that's not possible now! anyone else had this?

I just got this email from pru health. so you can join online. I ma not sure you would get the cash back but what i suggest is that you get a quote via the link below and then note your quote number. close web and clear cookies and then go to pru health via quidco and go to retrieve quote and complete application. I assume this way you would get your cash back and the gym membership.

Think he's fibbing. That's what they were telling me last week. Now the Pruhealth website has the gym offer on again you should be fine doing it on-line as it says you can do.

I already have a private medical insurance. Can I take the Pruhealth offer (they gave me a quote of £22) just for the gym and keep my existing insurance?
