hi all, has anyone's quidco actually progressed from 'tracking' to the next level? I did mine through quidco and it's tracked but 1 month down the line and it's still saying, 'tracked'. is this the same for everyone?0

Hey can anyone help?
I took out this offer for me and my girlfriend at the same time. We have been using the gym for over 2 months now, and everything was fine.
I received my gym card through the post but my girlfriend didn't. SHe has been using her pruhealth card instead which seemed fine.
When we got home after Christmas we had a bike waiting for us in the hall.
We called Pruhealth and they said my girlfriend had chosen the bike offer instead.
I know this is not true because I applied for both in the same way at the same time.
I assumed that when we filled out forms at the gym which they sent on to Pruhealth my girlfriend's must have been lost.
Anyway Pruhealth seem completely unwilling to help, and any communication with them goes round in circles.
We asked at the gym and were given a number to ring to get some kind of reference number for my girlfriend's membership to give to Pruhealth. I never had to do this.
It's really put me off Pruhealth.
TBH I'm tempted to cancel both our Pruhealth memberships and tell them to collect their bike.
Hopefully being left out of pocket to the sum of about £150's worth of quidco referral cash, and cost of collection of a bike might encourage more pleasant customer service at the Pruhealth offices in the future...0 -
anyone know if the offer is starting again soon, my 6months is running out0
