Pruhealth & Cannons gym deal starts again today.
But be careful. I tried to apply online so I could go through Quidco but there was no mention of the gym deal. I rang up and was told that the gym deal is only available over the phone now so I had to cancel my online application and complete a new one over the phone with a guy who was rather difficult to understand.
To apply you need to call 0800 012 1328Many dollars can buy many peanuts!0 -
Hi.
In regards to cancelling membership, do you have to wait 6 months? and do you have to give a months notice?
Cant seem to find the info anywhere.
Thanks0 -

I posted this sometime ago (but I don't blame you for not finding it, this thread's a bit of a monster isn't it?
From their policy document:
"6.8 Cancellation
The Policyholder can end the Policy at any time by
writing to PruHealth. The Policy will come to an end
30 days after receipt of the letter. When a Policy
ends, the membership of the Policyholder and their
dependants will also end."0 -

Thanks a lot for this. Do we have to do the cancellation by post or an email will do? (since both are considered in writing?).0 -
I registered via quidco at the end of November on the last day.It is still showing as tracked.Anyone had any luck receiving their money back yet from about the 30th November?0

Applied last night via quidco.I have taken out a policy for 2 adults and 3 children. Today it is showing as tracked, but with an amount of £230. Is this correct? I thought it was £115 per policy, not per adult. This will be a bonus if it really is the case. Also, I was hoping to get the gym membership too. I saw it on the homepage, but no mention of it later. Does this mean I will not qualify as it was done online rather than by phone? Many thanks0

Does pru not do Holmes/virgin anymore??
Im a memeber already thorugh pru 4 months ago but i my boyf wants to join now. Nearest canon is 15 miles away, Holmes is 2 minutes away0 -
I think you've got to choose between Cannons or JJB Fitness now.
I'm glad I joined when I did, because there isn't one of those near me - although my six months are coming to an end... I've even phoned up to give them their cancellation notice.0 -
My quidco cashback cleared today! After an anxious 2 month wait - I joined the Pruhealth scheme at the end of November.0
